ABOUT
The Screwface Music Group is a Production Company and Record Label based out of the New York/New Jersey/ Philly Tri-State Area. Founded in 2004, SFMG started out as a fledgling production company whose main focus was selling music to established as well as up and coming hip hop/R&B Artist. The main weapons in the Screwface arsenal at that point were two hot young producer/songwriters, J.Notiq and Traxx Trigga, later joined by J Criss and DJ White Mike. Traxx and Notiq went on to craft beats for numerous hip hop artist including: Scarface, Kurupt, Killer Mike, Capone, MOP, Dayton Family and many more. Eventually SFMG’s producers would go onto work with just about every major label and Music outlet available including MTV and VH-1.
While on their production grind co-founders Eric “Raziq” Austin and Don “ Traxx Trigga” Sellers stumbled upon a breeding ground of young talent hidden in and around the Camden area. First it was Midnight Action, and Devinwade who brought strength to the Screwface Army. It was also around this time that Traxx Trigga, Devinwade and J Notiq would form the three headed beast known as The Fly Boyz.
